Privacy Notice

Who we are
ANJUNG Quantum Kids is provided by My4a Com Sdn Bhd (“we”). This notice explains what we collect and why.
Children
For a child we keep only a nickname, an avatar colour, an age group (4–6 or 7–10) and learning progress (stars, badges, robot parts and play time). We never ask for a child’s real name, photo, email, birth date or location. Children never create logins or passwords. Progress made without a grown-up account stays on the device.
Grown-ups
For parents, guardians and teachers we keep your name, email, role, optional school or organisation, a securely hashed password (Argon2id), your security settings, and sign-in records (time, IP address and device type) to protect your account.
What we never do
- No advertising, ad SDKs, advertising IDs or behavioural tracking.
- No chat, public messaging or sharing of user content.
- We do not sell personal data.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in our database and files in Cloudflare R2. Traffic is encrypted with TLS.
How long we keep it
Child progress is kept while the profile exists and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request. Profiles inactive for 24 months are anonymised. Security and activity logs are kept for up to 13 months.
Your choices
You can view, change or delete child profiles and your account at any time from the dashboard. For questions, contact us atmarketing@alaganu.com.
